    1. Booking and payment :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Badamier Blanc.<\/p>\n

      A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

      Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other means of payment accepted by Badamier Blanc.<\/p>\n

        1. Cancellation and Modification :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Cancellations or changes to bookings are subject to our cancellation policy in force at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

          Cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation period.<\/p>\n

          Badamier Blanc reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure.<\/p>\n

          If the customer unilaterally withdraws from the rental, all sums paid are forfeited if the cancellation is made within sixty days<\/strong> of the date of entry.
          \nHe may take out cancellation insurance with his insurance company beforehand. <\/p>\n

          If Badamier Blanc unilaterally terminates the contract for any reason other than non-performance of the lessee's contractual obligations, it shall:<\/p>\n

          Refund the deposit as soon as possible in the event of force majeure making rental impossible.<\/p>\n

            1. Stay :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Arrival and departure times are specified in your booking confirmation.<\/p>\n

              Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Badamier Blanc property during their stay.<\/p>\n

                1. Behavior and Responsibility :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Guests must respect the rules of the Badamier Blanc property and behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.<\/p>\n

                  Parties and festive events that may lead to noise pollution are forbidden in the Badamier Blanc accommodation.<\/p>\n

                  Guests are responsible for their personal property and safety during their stay.<\/p>\n

                    1. Privacy Policy :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Personal information provided by customers is subject to our privacy policy, which complies with current legislation.<\/p>\n

                        1. Force Majeure :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          Badamier Blanc cannot be held responsible for cancellations, modifications or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseeable events, natural disasters, conflicts, etc.<\/p>\n

                            1. Disputes :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve the matter amicably.
                              \nFailing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with current legislation. <\/p>\n

                                1. Security deposit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  At the time of taking possession of the premises, at the latest, the Tenant will provide the Landlord, either by cheque, cash or credit card imprint, with the sum of 1800 Euros as a security deposit.
                                  \nThis sum, payable to the order of the Lessor, is intended to cover any rental damage that may occur during the rental period. <\/p>\n

                                  Rental damage includes any daytime or nighttime noise pollution requiring police intervention for disturbance of the peace, any damage or deterioration to the accommodation or swimming pool, as well as damage, loss or theft of personal property in the accommodation during the rental period.
                                  \nCigarette damage requiring the cleaning of curtains or other damage caused by cigarettes.
                                  \nAnd all obligations stipulated and cited in article n\u00b0 12 not fulfilled by the lessee. <\/p>\n

                                  In the absence of rental damage, the security deposit will be returned to the Taker within 15 days of departure.<\/p>\n

                                  In the event of rental damage, the security deposit will be reimbursed within a maximum of 2 months, after deducting any expenses incurred to repair the damage, with supporting invoices and justification.<\/p>\n

                                    1. Pets :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      The presence of pets in the accommodation is strictly forbidden, for any length of time, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Lessor.<\/p>\n

                                      By booking a stay at Le Badamier Blanc, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
                                      \nPlease read them carefully before finalizing your reservation.
